I moved and though I was on the legitimate website for USPS and changed my address online. The next day I looked at my bank account and noticed that my bank card was charged $39.99. I then called United Address Change and asked them to refund me my money because no where on the website said they would charge my card $39.99. They offered me a $25 restraunt gift card. I did not get services or any kind of email confirmation in regards to the transaction I made in error. I then called my bank and my bank gave ma a provisional credit which then my bank on 07/03 reversed. I contacted United Address Change and kept on getting the run around and them stating that the bank gave me the credit. They told me they can do a 3 way with the bank to verify that the bank reversed my credit in which I did. The bank was on the phone with me and the company and the Representative told me and the bank they would give me a $35 credit in which I agreed only to find out the accounting department denied the refund.
