Purchased Garcenium product online and emailed on same day if hidden costs other than 'risk free' trial offer of $2.99 an immediate cancellation of purchase was requested.
No response came from that email.
On 8/08 my account was debited $119.99 and to add to the frutstration we havent even received the product.
We contact our bank who advised they will try and contact the merchant. After several days we received a generic email from the merchant/company outlining terms and conditions of the purchase.
They did not even read our email advising them our request to cancel purchase if there were hidden costs other than the 'risk free' trial offer of $2.99
We want our money back to make matters worse they can continue to debit our account irrespective based on the automatic subscription entwined within the Terms and Conditions.
Supracleanse and Garcenium products within this company are a rip off - DO NOT PURCHASE
