On May 30th, 2014 I sent a check to ourtime.com for membership into their service. I created a profile and added photos to it. I then began looking through the photos of ladies and sent a little note to several. I never got any response. After a couple of weeks I went to my profile and found that there were no photos placed in it. I contacted them to find out what the problem was. It was then I was told that my membership was "terminated." The reason they gave was because they felt it would be "best for the community." I was told that if I wanted to find out the real reason I would have to present some legal papers. I requested that they return my payment and they refused saying that they have a "no refund" policy and it doesn't matter what the reason. I contacted the BBB and received an email the other day saying that they contacted them and they refused to respond. This company is a rip-off taking advantage of seniors.
