I ordered the FREE trial products from Facebook on 4 June 2014, and shipping fees were deducted from my bank account. On 25 June 2014, my bank account was debited with $201. I immediately tried to track contact details of the Company, I send online emails requesting answers to the deductions as I have not received any products. A second email was send, no reply. On 25 July 2014 again $201 was taken. I contacted my bank in trying to locate the supplier's details, they could help me with a contact number. I contacted the number I was given, but both operators could hardly speak English. I was told I should read the Terms and Conditions before ordering, after 2 weeks if they don't hear from you, they take it as a commitment to the product and you have to pay. No correspondence from the supplier to find out if you happy or if you have received the free trial products!! The do not want to refund my full amounts deducted, only 35%!!! NEVER EVER will I order online again, thanks to this bad experience.....
