I ordered the risk free trial, all you pay is $2.99 in shipping. they credited the shipping and $99.99 for the product. I've gotten email saying my order will ship in 5 days, that was 16 days ago. I've sent numerous emails to cancel the order and put the $99.99 back on my card, no responses. there is no phone number or address to contact them
