After sending this product back as I can't afford it I was informed that my money would not be returned as I didn't have some company code on the package. It has been my experience that when you send a product of any kind back unused and unopened, one receives monies back. This company says that an authorization number has to be placed on the package before sending it back so I can receive money. I want to know who to contact about this unfair procedure.
