I ordered a "trail" of this product for $20.00 in June 2014. In July my credit card was charged $539.00 because I was placed on an automatic delivery plan by the company and was sent more products. When I called the company to complain about this I was told that the billing was excessive but that the amount of the charges was due to "the bank has double charged you... it happens all of the time." I was told that that if I returned the second shipment I would receive a refund of $152.00. I contacted the bank the issued the credit card and disputed these charges. This issue remains in progress.
