I am experiencing the same problems as the complaints below, except I don't believe I actually used this site. I used ResumeGenius, so unless these two companies are one in the same, I'm not sure how they acquired my information.
I called them and left a message, and stated that I am also going to be emailing the, so it is on record.
Because it isn't a lot taken out of my account, I didn't notice until today, 8/1/14, but the first charge was on 5/15/14.
