Mistakenly booked a tour for aug 3 on july 30th. With un hours of booking I discovered my mistake and sent a request to amend the reservation to aug 10th. I then get an email telling me that they were able to amend my reservation but at a fifty percent uplift. Furthermore they charged my cars without getting my permission to do so. Its unconscionable to charge such an exorbinate for a simple mistake that was caught before they were even able to book it with the actual tour operator. They are a con. Go directly to a tour operator avoid this scam...
