I ordered a VitaCleanse for a friend online which was supposed to be a special offer of postage only for £6.95. I have just received my statement and they have taken another payment of £89.00. I never signed for anything and I have not received anything apart from the first jar for my friend. I am a 73 year old widow and cannot afford this payment, my credit card company is looking into it and stopping any further payments. Please help me get my money back.
