They made their own check and took $87 from my account and now I am almost $300 in the negative because I had bills come in. I called them and they were very rude, insisting I gave authorization online, and they had proof and they would cancel my membership and no further deductions would be made. I had to go by their return policy to get my refund. Even after arguing with them that I had no idea who they were and did not give them permission to take my money, they just kept talking over me and eventually hung up on me because I was getting so frustrated. I went and filed an Afidavit with my bank stating that they had ten days to refund me, but they totally disregarded this and insisted I need to follow return policy. So now I am completely broke and have to wait for this damn return form to come in the mail.
