This was supposed to be a trusted download with CNET.com for $9.95 for Windows software. My credit card was charged for $19.95 and didn't work as advertised. I corresponded with tech support and I was promised a refund. I have not seen a refund and I see a pending charge for $29.95 for Mobile Tech Support. This company is a SCAM!!!!
