they have taken money from my account. I have no idea who they are. On checking my statements they have been doing so since 2011. I was absolutely horrified. The entries just say poundsaver which I just assumed was one of these cheap shops which I have occasionally taken my disabled friend in. The money has been taken out in July, August and September of each year. I have tried ringing them but you just get a repeated message. I have emailed them to which they replied a rep would contact me within 3 daus. needless to say they haven't. Just how does one get in touch with them. I am a pensioner and I cannot afford this. Can anyone help.
