I SIGNED UP FOR THE 4.95 TWO WK TRIAL, AS OTHERS DID. I REC MY BOTTLE PLUS A BOTTLE OF "VEN CLEANSE" WITH NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS IN THE PKG. TWO DAYS LATER I WAS CHARGED 89.95 & 79.95 FOR A NEW SHIPMENT.NO TIME TO EVEN SEE IF THE STUFF WORKS OR NOT. WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO. FOUND ON THE BOTTLE, I ONLY GOT THE 'RUN AROUND.' I WAS OFFERED A REFUND OF 40.00 ON EACH BOTTLE, LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT I WAS CHARGED. THEY STATED "IT'S TOO LATE TO REVERSE THE CHARGES, THAT IS THE CREDIT CARD CO. NOT US", BUT,WE CAN CANCEL YOUR SUB NOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE. DUH!!! ALSO, IT WAS VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND THE LADY, NOT VERY GOOD ENGLISH, THEY MUST BE OVERSEAS.
