I to own money on grand reef casino and had to submit not only my id my ex husbands I'd I was then told I was being investigated for fraud as terms and contions say your only allowed one user name per house hold and my ex husband had used my address as he travels a lot and we still have a good relationship for our child. One I can not find this anywhere in there terms and conditions, 2) is sent all paper work and diverse papers to prove there argument, 3 they then band me from playing on there site while being investigated, 4 I rang every week and was told id been cleared and was in final stages it's now nearly August and I need this money ,,, I wanted this money to take my daughter away for the school holidays just ended, every staff member is overly polite and understanding but nothing gets done. I'm also a single mother and what they are doing is just wrong. Any suggestions would be great,,, my daughter turns 7 in just over a week and it would be nice to make up the holidays for her and splash out....
