My husband and I were looking for a vacation rental in San Diego to celebrate our marriage with family and friends. We came across their listing under the name Benjamin Chang. They sent us pictures of the house and a contract stating the terms of the reservation, so we thought it was legit and sent the security deposit. I know wiring the money should have been a red flag but it wasn't we've never encountered anything like this before and we're not sure how to handle it but we are looking to take legal action to get our money back! Is there anyone that can help with this? We need to know where to start. The account we wired the money to is under the name Henri C Hessels which I've seen on this sight. We just want our money back to be able to celebrate with out loved ones! PLEASE HELP!!!
