I called to check the balance on my debit card & I noticed that I was missing some money. I've never used this card to accept collect calls or anything. So now I'm trying to figure out who stole my card info to pay for these calls. I called legacy collect calls to see if I could get my money back & they said I had to file a police report. I don't understand why they can't reimburse me.
