There was call from vacations gateway sales team (Ramakrishna & disouza) and confirmed that my mobile won gift of DELL BRAND LAP TOP and would be delivered upon subscribing member ship.
I have paid membership amount Rs. 7799 thru my credit card on 18/4/2014.
Since, there was no action from their end to deliver the gift, i have contacted them '9911988006. Initially, they have misguided by giving false information and thereafter not responding my calls.
I have lodged a compliant with customer care executives. They also initially responded few mails with stereo typed answers and then stopped responding.
In one of their reply, they stated they would offer one wrist watch and handsome bag instead DELL lap top offered by sales team.
As I was insisting for refund my subscription amount they stopped responding mails.
