They told me I had to pay $9.95 to have my future orders canceled. I argued for 30 minutes. On their first page at the bottom it says Terms & Conditions, then under the heading How does the auto ship work? It says you will have to return the bottles to cancel the auto ship. The crooked part is on the order form, all it says under Terms & Conditions is you have to call the number 1 day prior to shipment delivery and the auto ship will be canceled. On your e-mail copy it says you have to return the bottles if you want a refund, which I didn't want a refund,I just wanted to cancel future shipments! I'm sure it's illegal to have 2 different contracts and the one I agreed to was just call the number prior. I said whatever and canceled my card and complained with the BBB. These people are scammers! Total cost $12.95 but its a lesson learned. I will always go local.
