I am a 58 yr. old and am disabled, in body not mind. I have a Bachelors degree and thought I might like to study an online course. Needless to say I had to get grant I barely have 30.00 left at end of month. I filled out the forms online myself and the next thing I know they're , somebody's charging me saying they did it themselves. This was a blatant lie and they used my credit card fraudulently. I am very upset because I don't have money to lose. I got a 4 year degree and filled out my own applications. I am most unhappy at this time.
