On Thursday, 24th of July, I have received a call from Canadian Visa Expert on my mobile number. A women was calling me on behalf Canadian Visa Expert and told me she saw my registration in the website. She said they will help me to immigrate in Canada and to pursue my career in Canada but first they have some few question regarding my personal life and my professional career.

I told her all about my life, family, career asking to her questions. After which she told me if I heard about IELTS and Cambridge? I told her that I heard about them. Then she told me that she will send me some English/French books that will help improve the French/English level both mine and my husband's. She said also that they can help in our assessment. She said something about a payment of 298 EUR and she asked me about my card (debit card) as they have to be sure that it's eligible for payments in Canada as not all the Italian cards are accept in Canada. I told her the first six numbers (and she identified the bank saying that it's ok).
She also told me that, at this point she I have to speak with her colleague which is working in Transition department (I'm not pretty sure about the department names..)

Her colleague begun to speak and to speak asking questions about my career and my husband's career .. and said that with my application on their system, they will check which of us (I and my husband) is more eligible to receive the Visa, then they will help us find a house, a job. All this and also help find a school for the little girl; all this at just 1350 EUR for three of us (I. my husband and the 3 years old baby).
He asked me if I have credit card and I answered that I have only debit card and starting asking the 6 digits from the left to confirm if I can use my debit card. (I began to share all my details in my debit card) and he asked me if I am willing to pay it now that very moment. First I refused saying that I have to think about making this payment or not and I don't want to purchase anything at that moment.
Then, he said that he is trying to see if he could do something as this is a one time occasion. Then he said that he can make a discount (350 EUR) remaining 800 balance on us. I refused again.
Then he told me that the lowest payment it's 298 EUR and that they will just try to see if the bank will approve the said amount. Then I told ok then. After the transaction, he told me 298 EUR was approved by my bank and I had remaining 800 EUR balance on them and that this sum I can pay at any moment after their legals will contact me after 30/60 days from the moment I submit my and my husband's CVs.
He transferred me again to his colleague (the woman to which I spoke at the beginning of the call). She congratulated me and asked to send her my and my husband's CVs ASAP.
I told her ok, but going to check my e-mail address I didn't find any document related to the materials (books, exercises) they specified that they would have sent me in order to prepare the IELTS/ Cambridge exams.

I didn't receive anything useful , just 2 e-mails about the life in Canada. But from that day, in the last 5 days I have received so many calls from USA, UK plus another country that I didn't recognized and I didn't try to identify.

I didn't call their call center number as it's an USA number and I live in Italy. I don't want to spend any other penny and I just want my money back and stop calling me.

Then, I will think 1000 better if I want to go in a country where there are people/companies that allows this type of companies to use the Canada's name, government, etc in order to rubber the others' money.

Can you please tell me how can I have refund all my money (298 EUR corresponding to 400 USD) ?
