I ordered a part, viz. a stereo/radio for my Lexus LS 430. World Spares sent the wrong part, which I then returned. Since then, I've not got any change out of them whatsoever.
They seem to operate from the same location with different people on several different tel. nos. They simply never respond to a query and it's impossible to contact the right person. However, they still advertise on Ebay, etc. They simply shouldn't still be trading!
