I ordered Combo of 3 Denim Assorted Men Jeans around May 31, 2014, i got that on 2nd June, 2014. I opened that courier and I found the product I ordered is some thing different and got some thing. I call to your customer care with in 5Hrs, i firstly spoke with Sandeep, who ensure me that some time it happen when the product is out of stoke. and he told me that Reverse pick up is done with in 4 days.

After 7th June I call further at customer care number for the same thing. at that time that told me it will take more 3 days.

I called to further they said more 3 days.

That circle keep rounding more 4 days, more 3 days i am getting irritated.

on June 15th i call to your customer care and i spoke to Sunita madam. Now i am irritated with your services and now i want refund, Sunita madam said me "In your place no Reverse pick up facility available so please send the product back to us and we(100bestbuy.com) will pay you delivery charges."
so my refund amount is 1319 + 240 courier charges.

I also sent a courier charges copy along with product which i got.
the product delivered to your company at 26th June.

and next day i called to customer care and one of the gut told me your refund will be done in 48hrs.

after 3 days i further called to your team they said we got your courier now with in 4 days you got your refund along with courier charges. some one told me do you want Credit points i said no i want refund no credit points and nothing else i want money in my bank account from where you debited.

on 2dn July i called to your team and they said with in 48hrs.
i am get bored and angry with your poor services you don't care for customers just you are making profit from us by sending any thing.

Today i spoke to Ramkrishna he is a well guy inform me every thing
and ensure me that Monday from 100bestbuy.com i will received call regarding my problem and he ensure me that if i want refund that i an eligible to take it.

I am saying once more I don not want credit points please refund my money along with courier charges.
