In April, 2014 I placed an order to try the product and my credit card was immediately placed on hold due to a suspicious transaction. I called Original Garcinia Direct and requested that they cancel my order and refund the purchase. They did so and I thought the issue was over. 3 months later a bottle arrived in the mail. The package was only labeled Fulfillment Center and as I was expecting parts for my refrigerator I opened it. I called the company and told them I did not order the product and wanted a credit. They would not provide a return label and told me that because I opended the package I would have to pay for the return shipment to receive credit. I have contacted my credit card company and advised them that any furture transactions from Original Garcinia Direct should be disputed. Will just have to chalk it up to lesson learned.
