Visible.net is a shopping cart software, internet marketing and video media company in Redmond, WA, USA. Visible.net offers ecommerce shopping cart software, online marketing / SEO solutions and professional video production services for businesses. This is what they claim to be selling you anyways if get pressured into their no holds barred sales tactics. I take full responsibility for buying to the young man's very persuasive and persistent offer to improve my website by adding a Site Map back in March 2014. He showed me other sites that had site maps and explained since I couldn't write code for the internet, they could do it. I paid $4500 and waited, when I called I was set up with an appointment to go over my website. I had already done that with the salesperson, but I listened patiently. I asked for my Site Map and was told it was almost finished. When I called again, I was told to call the same person I had already talked to about my website. No one had record of me already doing that when I asked when I might see my Site Map on the website, I was told it had been done long ago and was working for me. Funny, all I did was start to receive 300 gross emails a day - no business to date. Now tired of waiting and no Site Map, I have chosen to work on getting my money back since they claim not to give any refunds. I was forced to go outside of Visible.net to get my money back and have located a company that is about to complete the process of recouping my $4500 that I paid to Visible.net for a Site Map.
