Do not order from this outfit. Same experience as reported by others. May 21 received confirmation my order had been shipped. 4 weeks later still no delivery. Finally delivery occurred. my trees and shrubs looked like dead branches. The note said do not be alarmed that your trees look dead, they are in a dormant state. After planting, fertilizing regular watering for two weeks along with beutiful weather and plenty of rain assist, not a bud, not a sign snapped branch dead and dry to the core. To get a refund, they want their dead branches back. Told me simply to use bos I received and write return to sender and drop off at the post office. 4 weeks later, no refund. They are asking me if I sent it certified so I would know who signed for the dead branches. I don't know not used to doing business with scammers whose first priority is keeping my money and getting the customer what they promised is way down the line.
