My Mother who is nearing 90 years of age and not in good health is receiving "Lotto" type mail each and every working day from January 2014 until present 21/7/2014 .. sometimes as much as fifteen letters per week .. I have been sending them back due to her spending a lot of time away in Australia..this constant barrage of mail when she is in NZ is now affecting her mental health and causing distress ..Our family also are sick and tired of clearing our postal to find these inducements to enter various money making or money receiving schemes .. I am now going to lodge a formal complaint with the NZ police to try and stop these communications.. CHEL seemingly targets old people only !!!!
