Like an idiot, I went for their $4.95 shipping and handling for a "free" sample of their product. Nowhere on their web site was there a "I Agree to Terms and Conditions which they claim had to be checked and then they automatically autocharge your account each month for $89.95! I WOULD NEVER HAVE AGREED TO THESE TERMS HAD I BEEN ABLE TO SEE THEM! Conveniently their web site skips this information so you can't read it. Dealing with Customer Service was like pulling teeth, they finally agreed to refund the entire amount, which they have NOT honored. I threatened to write BAD reviews on the internet, and the lady I spoke with said, "We've already been paid with your credit card"!BIG SCAM! Intentionally made to mislead and misrepresent the public.Their 'PR'sucks. They have a condescending attitude and gloat that they already have your money.

- I cant get anyone on the phone to actually get a RMA number to return the product. They charged me $89.95 before the trial even arrived. I canx so they wouldn't charge me again, but now I can't return the product for a refund. If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know. I'm starting to wonder if the actual product is even real? TOTAL SCAM and I got RIPPED OFF!
