The website states they are based in America yet my parcel was sent from China. I had ordered the complete DVD set of Sue Thomas F.B.Eye with 2-4 weeks delivery the parcel turned up 5 and 1/2 weeks from the date of order, and it was a burnt copy from the television and no DVD cases. When trying to view they you can't as they go fussy and skip.
