I bought a 2-bed property from IPS as recommended by Jon Ainge and along with the deal was a 3,500 Euro cashback and a 12,000 Euro guaranteed rental income per year. Both of these promises were never honoured. The cashbask never appeared and the difference between the actual rental income and the rental guarantee of 7,000 Euros was never paid either. Along with other expenses that they refuse to refund they currently owe me over 12,000 Euros and is going up by around 7,000 Euros per year with the rental guarantee.
Basically, you cannot believe a word that comes out of Jon Ainge's mouth! And even when it's written down on IPS letter headed paper it's still worthless!

This matter was dealt with shortly after the complaint was made and we have had no subsequent issues of this nature with Keith or other clients that purchased property through IPS in Portugal
The removal of the rental guarantee was communicated prior to Keith going through with the purchase and was agreed at this stage. Keith did receive the cash back however IPS never administered this it was concluded by the developer
This matter was amicably resolved at the time
