money was taken from my account, I have contacted the company stating I have never received a magazine from them and never requested one from them.I am on benefits so would not commit to anything like this.I did as they asked and sent a copy of my bank statement highlighting the payment made to them, they would then authorise for refund to go back into my account. It was authorised three weeks ago and still I have had no refund,it is costing me extra money ringing this company and I keep getting told give it 48 hours, as I said this has been going on for the last three weeks, all I want is my money back, is there someone who can help me. I would like to go public with this so no other person has to go through this kind of upsetting experience
