I turned off my auto renewal shortly after signing up for ourtime.com as I was not happy with the site. However they ignored this and auto renewed my membership 6 months later. I have emailed them but this is a waste of time since it appears responding emails are automatic return messages. I want a refund. This company should be ashamed of themselves for their company practices.
