The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists

Had no idea, Nuvie would charge $89.15 every 30 days for nothing! No product! Or was the trial offer the product?
Called 877-361-0157 - did not work - only an automated voice.
Then called 888-978-2310 (their CS) - no human would answer.
An automated voice would offer a cancellation for 50$ of the cost - meaning another #44.58 will get charged.
Now - here is the problem:
YOU CANNOT RETURN the product or the trial bottle (if you have even received it) - since you have to get an RMA form that company or they will not honor your return.
But - YOU CANNOT GET an RMA - because you will never get a human on the phone to give you that return number.
What a scam!! Why is this even allowed in the US? Does anybody know of a law suit?
