I did order the trial kit as a gift from taking a survey and was charged for the postage of $4.95 and now I recieved another kit and was charged to my credit card $97.88. I did not order this. I want permission to return this kit and my credit card be credited the full $97.88 ASAP. This is not the way you get customers and I surely will never order again from this company.
Please give me my credit and I will return the kit, and if not I will talk to my attorney about this situation. I don't think this is funny at all.
