I was called by "Upclick", they told me I had over 1000 problems with my computer that they could help me with. After being on the phone for over an hour and making changes to my computer, they informed me of a $175.00 charge for lifetime updates. I did agree but cancelled it immediately after I checked my computer. My computer was slower then ever and I could not view videos amongst other issues. The quality of the work performed was very poor quality.I complained of this charge to my Credit card Co. because "Upclick is disputing my complaint and wants my money. I was told by "Upclick" today 7/10/14 that they will give me the credit. They sent me nothing to document this and I don't trust that they will.
