I ordered the trial sample for $4.95 over the phone, I was never told I would be auto billed $89.10 for additional product. The paperwork I received never stated this either. When I called the company to make sure I was not going to receive more product I was reassured my account was closed no product would be sent and nothing else billed. I just received my credit card statement and see that I was billed & 89.10. I called customer service and spoke with Tara 4578 also Ray 4449 with no help when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told I could not do so. I told them this was a scam and I would be reporting them. I was also told that I ordered the product on line which I did not do I ordered it on the phone they say I checked a box acknowledging their terms. How can I check a box over the phone ? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated, so other people like myself do not get scammed. Thank- you Pam Fee. I was first billed June 4, 2014 for $4.95. Then on June 19, 2014 for $89.10 [email protected]
