Just seen a payment go out of my current a/c - £10 (GBP)
Had no idea what it was.
Looked back through my previous statements and £10 has been debited from my a/c every month since Sep 2013.
I keep an eye on the large transactions - but just did not notice this (I pay several small monthly sums on behalf of my wife).
I will contact Complete Savings later today and see what they have to say.
I will ask for a complete refund - it seems that quoting the US group action from 2009 may expedite matters if necessary.
