An ad popped up on my computer. Offering as I thought a free sample. I filled in the first form for RVTL, I could not complete the second form it kept asking me for a County. There was not a place to put it, and I could not get past it. I thought, 'oh I do not need this,' and closed it out and thought no more about it. Just over a week later to my surprise it arrived in the mail, in a plain envelope with nothing at all inside, no invoice with instructions and no price.

I usually keep stuff that I order on e-bay and other places for future use, as I thought this was free and I wasn't going to send it back I threw the envelope away.

It turned out it was a free trial and you had to send it back within two weeks if you don't want it. I never saw any information telling me that, nothing, not even the price, I would have had heart failure if I had seen the price. I never would have contemplated ordering it. When I entered my details I thought I was paying for a small amount of postage. It was probably less than two weeks from me receiving the cream that £95 and £89 was taken out of my bank account. I did not know what it was, I thought it was a mistake and I would get it back. My bank said that what they had done was not illegal, but they could stop anymore payments so no more money would be taken, but they could not get back what had.

I called the company and argued with a lady about giving my money back, she said she couldn't. I said get me someone else to talk that can. She said it's me, I said well give me my money back, I am a senior citizen, and I did not authorize this. She said I did and she could send me a copy or my forms. I still have not received them. They did agree to refund me £30 for each. I am still very upset that I was scammed like this.

I would appreciate any help and advice. I would like to see this company put out of business.
