I HAVE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY WHO ALSO GO UNDER pHOENIX LABORATORIES INC.CO. DESPITE SENDING PROOF OF RETURN OF FOUR TUBS OF THIS EXTORTIONATELY PRICED FACE CREAM THAT i DID NOT WANT, EXCEPT FOR THE FREE ONE FOR FILING IN A SURVEY ONLINE, THEY SENT AND TOOK MY MONEY WITH NO INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS OR REFUNDS. i SEARCHED ON LINE FOR A PHONE NUMBER AND SPOKE TO A VERY CLEVER YOUNG MAN WHO TOLD ME IT WAS ALL MY FAULT..AS IF!!!!! DESPITE SENDING PROOF OF POSTING I AM STILL OUT OF POCKET BY £270. TRADING STANDARDS SUGGEST THAT MONDAY 14TH JULY SHOULD BE THE DATE GIVEN BEFORE I SEEK LEGAL ADVICE TO RE COUP MY MONEY
