I have been having deductions from my account without my knowledge. I asked them to cancel it and reverse the national charge but they reversed a 4.95 dollar charge instead. I'm going to contact them again and insist that they remove the charge from my account. I believe they have charged my account for a few months, so I'm looking at over 100.00 in damages. Watch out for them.
