BIG SCAM! I am charged $100 from my credit card without my permission. The customer services were completely unhelpful and told me that they cannot refund the money because I was past the trial date. I did not receive my product until 15 days later and by that time, the company was in full possession of my card details and charged me $100 bang the 14 th day, without y knowledge, no invoice, no email advice, nothing.
When I called them and said I want to return the product because I didnot receive the product until the free trial was over, I was told that my account was not eligible for refund or returns. I want to return the unopened product and get my refund, but I am told that I cannot do this, because it was past free trial of 12 days!
How could I cancel or retain my account with the company when I didnot receive the product for 3 weeks?
Customer services advisor tells me that I should have called them to extend yeh warranty product.
They are refusing to refund the money,!
