I was tricked by my sister in-law, she study me and checked my credit. She knew I have a house and good credit, she asked me to join her to open a business (AA-Tek Machining) as 50/50 partner (I gave her 90,000). I trusted her, so we worked very hard together buildup the shop, few month passed by shop start running products and start to have good contracts, then she start to acting up being mean to me and asked me not to come out to the shop any-more. I start to wonder and asking her if I can view the company finance and partnership documents (12/2008), she never let me view the real documents. By the middle of 2009 she had used and max out all my credit cards (45,000+) and shut me out of the company. She has not paid my credit cards after she max out them. For the last 2 years I was afraid of her and her boyfriend, afraid of the phone ring from the credit cards people. I have no money for lawyer, no money for my kids collage. I'm counting on God and trusted in God. Please help me what should I do now?
