Complaint 32607 Details Scan your bills for fraud

I payed brainhost on 09/30/2011 to make me a website for $274.00 dollars and I was tranfer to by online income and they made me a website about books and I call a week later and told them that the website they made was not what i wanted and they told me that they email me a form to fill out about what kind of website i want and they sent me the form and i filled it out and sent it back and then i call them and they say they got it and it would take about three days to change it and they never change it and i called three times from date they took my money. so I called again on the 11/03/2011 told them i want a refund and they told me that they could not give me a refund because it been over 30 days and I have been calling them every since they took my money on the 09/30/2011 and then they had the nerve to tell me that they was to send me cancellation email and sent me something about sign up for life with them for $199.00 dollars and was the last email. They never sent me any about a refund or cancelling. I feel if you can't give me a refund at least fix my website the way i want it or give me service i paid for. Just don't take my money and do nothing. Don't let Brainhost make a website for you, because they don't do what they say they going to do.
