Ordered the "free trial" and paid S&H. Today, I saw I was charged $97.83 by "Firmative Oxford Office Village". After two hours of attempting to contact the company, I finally got to speak to a pseudo human who told me I didn't read the terms and conditions of the trial and that I needed to return the unused product within 14 days of ordering to avoid additional costs. I ordered on June 14th, received a confirmation email in June 16th and had the money removed from my account on June 26th. Nowhere in the confirmation email was there anything about additional charges beyond the S&H. Additionally, when I received the product, there was no invoice. NOTHING. The Customer Lackofservice representative told me that I should have read the terms and conditions and I asked him where I would have found this. He directed me to the website trynouvelle.com and at the very bottom of the page, next to privacy policy and contact us was a tab for terms and conditions. I never reached the bottom of the page, as there were six, yes, SIX arrows to "get free trial now" before I got that far. SCAM ARTISTS. Not only that, the product burned my skin.
