A Driver Support window was embedded in the Comcast Xfinity-initiated Constant Guard pop up on my new computer offering a "free" driver evaluation. Thinking it was Comcast-approved, I tried it out, only to find out that the support was not only not free but the Driver Support program became embedded in my hard drive and it and its desk top icon could only be removed by a Comcast technician with considerable difficulty. Plus, when opened, the Driver Support program allowed an amazing number of pop ups to flood my computer. Beware of accepting this offer from Constant Guard.
