My sister was conned by this company and their owner Alex, when they called telling her that there had been malicious activity on her computer and they could clean it up. She paid them $49.95 to do so and all seemed well. Now a year later she was contacted again. Remembering that they had helped her to get her computer running faster and so called cleaned up any problems she let them "Join In" and enter her computer remotely. They did make damage and now their charge will be $379 for a year of tech support and to repair. This Alex sounds very legit and stayed on the line even when confronted. So just be aware should anyone call "you" to offer help that you do not know or have called yourself.
