This company took £58.99 from my bank account. I do not have a loan or have any intention of taking a loan and only found out from my bank that they had been trying to take money from my account since 16th May. I immediately wrote a recorded delivery letter to them and Secure My Loan who they are a trading style of. Have written numerous recorded delivery letters but still have not received my refund. The letters were signed for so have been received. I will continue to contact them and will report them to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.
