I received an email from ACS INCORP on 6/25/2014 informing me that I was "going to be prosecuted in the Court House within couple of days. Your SSN is put on hold by the US Government, so before something goes wrong we would like to notify you about this matter."
This email was received at 6:345 PM and they allowed me to contact them "THROUGH AN EMAIL BETWEEN WORKING HOUR from 0830 to 1830 (EST).
They also informed me that if I were found guilty I would be liable for a total of $4816.16 which is excluding loan amount, attorney's fees and the interest charges.
Since I have never had any dealings with this company I believe this to be a SCAM>
