My story is sadly like many others . I ordered 2 outfit (3 pieces)on the 29th of May 2014 , paid extra to have them custom made . Followed their instructions and provided them with my measurements.
The outfits arrived on the 19th of June. All 3 pieces did not fit, were really big all over( dress lenght shoulders wide, neck gaping, bust and hips wide , sleves too long, body length too long).Basically unwearable . The garments were also poorly made especially where the sleeves attach to the shoulders. They were uneven and puckered and did not look like a professional had made it. Stitching was uneven. The garments did not appear to be of the standard displayed on their web site.
I sent in a complaint immediately via email. NO answer to phone call. I received a reply via email requesting pictures. Sents around 50 pictures of the outfit depicting areas of concern and detail descriptions. Sent a futher 12 pictures showing how measurement were taken and proof that the original measurements were accurate.They have not addressed any of my concerns.The dresses are not wearable.I have requested a full refund as I am not confident that they could provide me with a quality product.
Have reported them to the Better Business Bureau Canada and my credit card company. In the process of lodging a complaint with econsumer.gov. and a few more web site.
They are really scam artist, criminals with no moral compass. I am so surprised that there are so many similar complaints against this company and the authorities have not been able do anything.Perhaps the more complaints they receive regarding this company the more likely unsuspecting consumers like us may get justice.
