Hi I've received a letter 18th June 2014 headed "LAST NOTIFICATION BEFORE LOSING ALL YOUR RIGHTS" naturally I was curious so I opened letter and it states that I've won $21,000 and it will be paid to my private account, but I need to fill in two administrative clauses to receive winnings!
1: place winning sticker on sent form
2: recommended to fill in 'Activator of Fortune' so it can double your winnings

Well I did all this and I also had to pay $70 or $75 in order to get my winnings faster, must be sent within 5 days of recieveing letter.
I had to give cash or pay through visa/credit/debit card, which I stupidly gave details, and sent letter off straight away.

This thing been nagging me ever since I sent envelope so I googled 'Dr Kramer' and what did I find "Scam book has several listings of this name as a scam so I'm very upset but at same time I kinda knew but didn't want to believe it! When am I going to learn?

I will put stop on my debit card so they cannot access my funds! No I havnt been scammed yet because of your awsme listings and complaints you have on internet, I thank scam book with all my heart for looking out for us silly peoples!

Please people be vigilant do not respond to these scams unless you've checked it out first online or you definitely know contest is authentic.
